24x36x1 Aerostar Air Filter

At 23 3/4″ x 35 3/4″ x 3/4″ actual, the 24x36x1 Aerostar fits a nominal 24x36x1 return. This is a larger residential or small commercial size, common on furnaces serving big homes and on some commercial rooftop units that use a 1-inch slot rather than deeper media. Three MERV grades cover the typical filtration range. MERV 8 for baseline dust and pollen filtration. MERV 11 for pet households and mild allergy concerns. MERV 13 for fine particulate capture including smoke, bacteria, and virus-sized droplets. Pleated synthetic media construction with an electrostatic charge handles the work. The pleats give you substantially more surface area than a flat fiberglass filter at the same nominal size, which extends the service life to 60 to 90 days under typical residential conditions.
